Hip augmentation using special silicon hip implants to make the pelvis , hips wider

    Hi
I know about silicone buttock implants and fat transfer..... but I wanted to know in addition to buttock implants, if any one knows or has got separate hip implants on both sides of their hips, to enhance and widen the pelvis to give that hour glass shape to the hips? Please let me know ...

although a rare few surgeons will do this kind of surgery but like buttock implantation it is not a popular surgery because there is a tendency for he implant to shift and move over time we spend alot of time on our buts / hips..

The last thing you want is a drooping but or hip or worse a lop sided one or one with visible hardening around the implant.

Susans.org This is one of the oldest and best general resources for information of all kinds re: transition. Additionally it's 100% non-Profit and staffed by volunteers that care about the community. I have been a member for a long time and can highly suggest their resources. Also their chat room is 100% supportive and caring and one of the only TG/TS chats I regularly visit.

TS/TG Roadmap My disclaimer below aside, there really is some good info here but IMHO don't buy anything from them. Anything they sell can be gotten free from other people or other sites.

(for the record I don't endorse or suggest you buy anything from this site or it's owner IMHO she is a profiteer that is literally making a living out of selling stuff to the community. If She really wanted to help like she says she does she would be providing things like the voice training videos free of charge via you tube not charging upto 20-50$ for them! I know hosting a website can cost lots of money but she could ask for donations to help fund the site also. Instead she lives in a huge house very comfortably off the money she gets from us...)

So far the only thing I know that will accomplish this is liquid silicon shots, that is how most tgirls you see with an hourglass shape got it, I myself had silicon shots on my hips done 12 years ago and if I had to do it all over again I would NEVER do it, my word of advise is stay away from liquid injectable silicon its bad news.

For the girls interested in silicone, I've been going around talking to girls who've done it for my next batch of tips. So even though we can say not to do it, people are gonna do it anyways, and if you are gonna do it at least be educated. Expect the tips at the end of the week or later.

Well here are some points to educate you about silicone, first and foremost if the person who is injecting you is not experienced can hit an artery or major vein, if this happens and you get more than 1CC of silicone into a vein most likely you will die of a pulmonary embolism within minutes or hours of being injecting depending of the quantity, Ive heard of a girl who actually survived a silicon induced embolism but she was left in pretty bad shape.
Chose someone who uses medical grade silicon ONLY there are individuals out there who use industrial type.
Make sure he/she is very experienced and if all goes well the silicone will look good for a number of years. Silicone is known to migrate through the lymphatic system. In theory your body will encapsulate it creating scar tissue around it, after a few years it will become lumpy and hard and you can develop a granuloma alunare.
So if you do do it at least know what your dealing with ...
Oh yeah it has not been approved by the FDA for cosmetic purposes in the USA so technically it is illegal and no plastic surgeon or Md will injected for you so you can only get it in the black market ..

Well there are doctor's who'd do it, they just don't announce it. Usually you have to get in contact with those people through word of mouth. There's a girl here in Richmond who works in the hospital, who gets medical grade silicone and pumps the girls. She charges an arm and a leg practically, but from what I've seen she does a good job.

Yeah all the ones I know are nurses or somehow in the medical field but they are not MDs. Although I know of a plastic surgeon in Plantation FL who has a nurse in his practice who will pump faces no body work.

Yeah, doctors do inject silicone in the face, especially to fill in areas, but that is usually delivered in small quantities.

I've never heard of someone getting that done unless their hip was shattered or something.
